The swimming pool is under the building so swimmers not easy to get sun burn, it’s great

Your lift is too slow, so my family and I decided to walk down using stairs from level 8. However, your stairwell is very dark, and your drainage channel does not use different colour to remind user that is uneven on the floor. The first day, my husband almost fall down and the next day, I’m fall down and sprain my feet, until now 2week ago still not yet recovered even I’m already seek help from doctor. Please improve!
