Elisa, the owner, was extremely available and helpful. she even walked us to the tram stop since we're not used to public transportation. The place is ideal for those driving. There's free parking, easy and inexpensive tram to venice, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The apt is clean and very well equipped, including washer/dryer. We loved it!

Stairs to 2nd floor with no elevator, but that's true for most places. Would have been nice to have paper towels and wine bottle opener.
