"I would book this stay again. Everything was pretty much exactly like the photos on the booking site"

The furnishings were nice. The kitchen was stocked well. The owners have taken extra care to try to please their guests.

Need to replace mats outside of bathrooms and in front of sink, but everything was clean.

The property is cosy and comfortable, making it a great choice for families. I’d especially like to highlight the cleanliness, everything was well maintained and in excellent condition throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, being close to the carnival and Nuwara Eliya town, which made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the area. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

One suggestion for improvement would be to have a proper reception to welcome guests and hand over the keys. Guests often arrive with high expectations, and a warm welcome would create a much better first impression and provide easier access to the property. Additionally, in the apartment I stayed in, the satellite channels were not working, which was a bit disappointing. It would be great if such facilities could be checked before handing over the property to guests to avoid any negative experiences. Overall, it was a good stay and I would rate it 9/10.
