Free water bottle, bath towel, soap, polite hotel boy, good safety, 24 hours call answers comfortable, no balcony to view outside. Easy location

Room is not clean and bathroom water quality is worst.they asked extra money 300 while check in more than the app showing.. property located very interior.. difficult to acres main area..the reasonable price should be 650 rupees according to facilities and location ...but they charged 1200 rupees..I accepted due unable to other hotel from this location as it located very interior.

I made a reservation for a one-night stay from February 1 to February 2, 2025, with a price of 1331, including tax and GST, through Booking.com. However, upon arrival, the manager, Mr. Varun Dakshin, requested payment of 1450, stating that Booking.com is not updated with the latest GST information. When I questioned this, he advised me to contact Booking.com's customer care, which was not appreciated, especially after a long journey and arriving at the homestay late in the evening. I paid the additional amount but would like to raise this issue to alert others who may consider booking this homestay. Rooms are not cleaned, full of mosquitoes There was no mirror in the room and water in the washroom.

The location was in a residential layout. So was not crowded inside.

The rooms were not clean especially the bathroom Too much of mosquitoes both in the bedroom aswell as in the bathroom. Window mounted AC's were not maintained and the AC was literally throwing dust making eh room suffocating and less of oxygen The TV remotes were not working properly. The maintainance guy is not aware of anything. He is just there for the name sake.
