Nice hotel, well situated with lots of restaurants & shopping nearby. Close to bus & tram too.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. I canceled my reservation five days in advance and requested a reduction in the cancellation fee. However, instead of responding or providing any justification, the hotel immediately charged me the full amount (€152). When I called to inquire, I was assured that they would get back to me. Instead of following up, they withdrew the money from my bank account within an hour. No cancellation policy was ever sent to me, and there was no further communication from their side. This lack of transparency and disregard for customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against booking with this hotel, as their approach to cancellations and payments is both unethical and unprofessional.

We stayed here in August, the hotel is in dire need of a renovation. The hotels air-con barely works the hallways in the hotel are extremely warm and the air-con in the room just blowed the hot air around. We were given a fan which didn't do much so we ended up sleeping with the window open.

This Hotel is very good place and nice to stay there becouse its close to central and train central station which can you take bus and train to venice city central in 10 minute and behind Hotel there is many restaurant and place to visit and big mal to buy clothes and sports . personal in hotel very helpful

What a shocker. No a/c, no tv, but wait there’s more, we had to share our bath towels. On the second day we asked for a fresh towel as ours had been used twice and it took a lot of demanding to get one fresh towel. Continental breakfast was as basic as one could imagine. We wont be returning.

Hotel is nice , couple of blocks away from the bus and trolley station that takes you in to Venice Excellent all you can eat breakfast and very nice and helpful front desk Would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Venice Highly recommend it

My first time in Mestre didn't disappoint! I was welcomed by a warm smile by Neomi and her, followed by a seamless checking process. The rooms are clean and suitable for a city break, the feel of the hotel is very welcoming and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious this paired with excellent service really rounded off my stay. Transport links to venice (15mins by Tram/bus) makes this hotel suitable for anyone looking to visit Venice but stay within a peaceful town. I will be sure too reccomend to a friend!

I travelled for business and had a great short stay at this hotel. I was hesitant to book here at first because of the reviews being more negative, but I'm so glad I decided to book. It is only 10-20 minutes away from Venice by bus depending on the traffic, but the value for money is much better than most hotels in Venice. The rooms were clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. There was a desk in the room which was very useful. I also had a flight back home in the evening so a late check-out was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel is perfect for a trip to Venice. Its ideally located on the mainland and easy to get to from Venice Airport. Its close to the centre of Mestre with its lovey Piazza Ferretto, shops, bars and restaurants. We took the tram directly to Venice - easy ! The hotel is comfortable, welcoming and the staff are very friendly.
