1. Owner was very kind, helpful & responsive. 2. Air-conditioning was very good. 3. Homestay was very spacious, great for families. 4. Near to amenities, very convenient.

1. Multiple pipe leakages in both toilets. 2. Water heater faulty. 3. Utensils & some pillowcases were not clean. 4. Slight stench in toilet. 5. WiFi unstable. 6. Wasn't made aware that there's no air-conditioning in the living room.
