Great experience & perhaps the best said an example for what a Home Stay is all about. We stayed here for one night. It was a family trip aimed at relaxation. Very neatly maintained property & most courteous people I have come across in the near past. We stayed the 18th floor that has great view of whole estate. The chirping sound of birds was a welcome way to greet mornings during vacations.

The huge space of the house, the apartment facilities, close to shopping mall, a lot of parking spaces (guest and others visitor of there are more than 3 cars) and how strict the host rules & regulations.

How strict the rules and regulations. The host will sent 12 “messages” Please take note there will be a deposit of RM100. Then, you will receive another “chain messages”. Upon check in day, the host will sent more “chain messages” of the box password and how to use shower (please change the shower cap, the water drain so slow). This is my first unpleasant experience staying at a homestay by using booking.com (the rest are fine). Others, they just inform depo and after that they will sent immediately all the details, rules & regulations, password etc. Next, Idk if the neighbours are “complainers “ because after I check in then go out, I received messages from the host, remind me to follow the rules and regulations. I didn’t make any noise but the main door is too heavy that created noise sound. I can’t do this need to follow this and that. I feel like in a soldier camp. Don’t get me wrong, I love the Homestay (spacious space, the facilities, the view, a lot of parking spaces) but I don’t feel happy how the host handle their guest. In the end, I didn’t sleep there. Just my family and cousin (6 people only) that’s what the host warn me. Maybe, the host got bad experiences with their guest before this? I don’t know, but I just feel not easy with the whole experience.

Be careful of the terms and condition. Need to be really clean before before check out. Else you would lose deposit.
