I booked and paid to stay here. Got my confirmation. Turned up at property to be told they don’t use booking. Com anymore. They only let out for long lets. I had paid good money for there. Very difficult dealing with booking. Com had to find my own alternative, no refund or compensation?? No answers from them either????
