Charming Garden Apartment

The location was excellent for where I needed to go and the price was a deal for space of this apartment.

The room was located right under the owner's upstairs. It was a little annoying when your trying to sleep and the footsteps were kind of loud.

Good location for our needs. Quiet at night. Nice neighborhood. Nice surroundings.

Not the cleanest. My wife had to scrub the toilet. One of the two trash cans was full of trash on our arrival. Late afternoon/early evening not quiet from people above us walking around. Many stairs, about 20, going down to the unit from street level. No light near bed.

Cute, cozy apartment with everything you need! Very spacious, to stretch out after a long day exploring! Comfy bed, stocked kitchen, washer dryer, I loved the extra blankets! This apartment is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood.

I didnt mind the stairs getting to the apartment, but if you don't like stairs, there is quite a few to go down to get to it.

I was visiting friends in the area so the location was great. Well put together downstairs mother-in-law apartment. Pretty wooded setting and the kind of neighborhood you can leave the door unlocked. I did. The hosts are very kind.

This cute little apartment was absolutely perfect for my husband, newborn and I. My husband and I originally got this place because we were in the mist of selling/buying our house. We stayed for 25 days and the owners & their daughter were so very kind and sweet. Whenever we had any interaction, they would always be so friendly! From the amenities to the space, it was absolutely perfect!

It could be a little loud at times from just foot steps upstairs from people walking around the house but it wasn’t an all the time thing.
