ZAThe hosts were amazing! Breakfast was great! The location is super close to the SunBet Arena, so if you're attending a concert, this is your go-to place. I can't emphasize more how amazing Petra was, she was so welcoming and so kind. The TV is a smart TV, so you can log into your Netflix account and watch your own stuff.
The room was a bit stuffy, and the fleece on the bed had some per hair on it. And we took Luke warm/ almost cold showers cos the water wasn't hot enough. But still, these points don't take away anything from the experience.
ZAZAThe host was exceptional. Breakfast was great, not your ordinary typical breakfast. Will definitely call again.
Single bed was a bit firm, but its because of back problems. Cant fault anything else as it was tip top.

ZAPersonalised towels were such an exceptional touch and Janet made our breakfast from scratch herself while taking our preferences into consideration. She's super friendly and soft hearted. Reminds me of my late grandmother.
It was raining so we couldn't swim or have breakfast outside.
BWBreakfast was good, it was ala carte. Location was great, close to Sun Bet Arena where we were going. Facility was great, comfortable bed, big shower and everything we needed. The host was wonderful too.
There was a miscommunication on the late check out that was confirmed, looked like the host was not informed and expected us to pay extra for late check out, though we did not pay. We had to leave before the time we had agreed with booking.com.

Sadly on the last night the new guests next to us were very loud and inconsiderate
