Music apartment Benedikta

The location was great — very central and walkable, with the added bonus of parking, which made things much easier. The atmosphere of the apartment was lovely, especially with the vintage records and the nice view. It was mostly clean and felt welcoming overall.

There’s no elevator, and carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was really difficult. The bedroom wasn’t very clean — I had to use my own cover because the sheets weren’t fresh, and honestly, they should be replaced completely. The sofa in the living room also needs some attention, as it felt worn out.

L’appartamento è accogliente e ben arredato e si trova in una bellissima zona con vista sul parco. Valore aggiunto il giradischi con piccola collezione di vinili in salotto. Il parcheggio interno è ampio ad eccezione dell’ingresso al quale bisogna prestare un po’ di attenzione. L’host è stato gentile a consigliarci dove mangiare e a darci consigli.

Il piano su cui si trova l’appartamento è in apparente stato di abbandono, la prima impressione è quella di trascuratezza del palazzo che però per fortuna non si riflette nell’alloggio. Per un soggiorno di più notti sarebbe stato utile avere uno strofinaccio per la cucina, della carta da cucina, nonché i condimenti basilari (olio, aceto, sale). Il tappetino del bagno era parecchio sporco e il pavimento della cucina un po’ appiccicoso. Attenzione: il piatto doccia perde acqua sul pavimento

Sehr härzig, romatisch.. Das Bett war sehr gut, nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich und risig.. perfekt.. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentürmer war super einfach und sehr entgegenkommend.

Die Wohnug ist im 4. Stock und hat keinen Lift.

Super emplacement, place de parking commode et gratuite, belle vue sur le parc en face ! L'appartement est cosy et on s'y sent bien tout de suite ☺️

Il manquait des petites choses pratiques pour le quotidien : un torchon, de l'essui-tout.. et ça sentait le tabac froid 🙁

La ubicación es excelente y el apartamento es muy coqueto con un tocadiscos y discos para amenizar la estancia.Las indicaciones para conseguir la llave es excelente y el casero está pendiente de tí en todo momento

Es un cuarto piso sin ascensor, ojo con eso.
