Stunning Luxury Apartment

Very clean, well located, very comfy, nice furnitures and equipments. The host is very friendly and attentive.

Poor air-dryer and bed mattress too soft for sensitive back

Nothing negative to mention

There was NOTHING I liked about this apartment.

1- The bed was DIRTY, smelled of previous person's odor. The sheet still bore the mark of the person who slept there. The fitted sheet has hair on it. The bathroom was a wet kind, still had hair near the toilet. Shower drain is slow. Toilet did not flush well. 2- The owner/manager was in New York when I tried to contact using the phone number given by Booking.com to report the dirty linen. So we made do with a flat sheet over the mattress and some type of synthetic cover that did not fit so it slipped and slid all night. 3- The premises is 312 sqft, cluttered with his personal items and there were hand written notes telling the renter to keep the unit clean at all times. It is easy to do because there was NO room to open a clam shell backpack and a suitcase at the same time. Old foods left in the fridge. 4- Window was not sound tight. Traffic noise was terrible at night. The stair landing outside this apartment is strewn with items from the other apartments. If you want a clean studio with stove top and washer/dryer and daily towel change, check out the hotel Fraser Place Central. The cost there is a fraction of what the absentee owner Don charged here. This apartment is not worth the amount Don charged. I stayed here two nights at the end of my trip so I was relieved to leave this place behind.

The location is ideal, easy access to the subway and easy access to all the restaurants and shops. The host Don is very responsive and accommodative. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Comfy property close to everything you need

Great location, close to subway station, walking distance to hongdae and sinchon. The apartment is well-equipped with everything we need, nice interior and cosy room. The host is friendly as well and allowed us to check in early and check out late due to our flight schedule. Overall very pleasant stay, highly recommend travellers to stay here.

The huge smart TV was great, and there was kitchen, washer and drying racks, all facilities made you feel like staying at home. I can check in anytime which made my schedule convenient. There were unwanted fruits, cucumber and mooncake left by previous guests which should be clear away I think. The bed and pillows were too soft for me. The host was responsive to my request.

You have to climb steep slopes, do aware if you have big luggage. The blanket on sofa didn’t smell fresh, need washing before new guests check in.
