Appartamento con giardino

The Apartment is fabulously furnished and offers a lot of space for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can ask for. Lastly the bathroom is spacious, clean and also exquisitely designed. Francesca and Roberto are excellent hosts! They welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of tips on what to see and to do. I highly recommend a stay!

Roberto and Francesca are two very kind and warming hosts, making you feel right at home in their spacious and fully equipped apartment. They helped us out with our every need, informing us about the nicest places in the area. And their homemade jam was delicious!

Qualité de l hébergement, pouvoir rentrer le véhicule (moto) dans la cour. Un bel accueil et de bon conseil de visite.

Manque de petit salon à l extérieur

Francesca e Roberto molto disponibili , attenti ed empatici, appartamento pulitissimo, ben attrezzato ed ampio, disponibilità di piccola palestra attrezzata (super!) Colazione semplice, rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono. Luogo tranquillo ma comodo a Bologna e dintorni belli da visitare.. Grazie ragazzi, alla prossima!

L'équipement général ultra ultra complet !! la place de parking privée

Infos objectives en but constructif : Il s'agit plutôt d'un grand studio avec salle de bain dans le hall (où se trouve le matériel fitness) ; puisqu'une seule grande pièce (cuisine-salon-lit) Étant donné que le logement est en sous-sol : manque de vue extérieure suffisante , Les photos de l'annonce ,surtout de la terrasse et du beau balcon, sont trop avantageuses : l'entrée du logement s'effectue, en fait : par le garage , le beau balcon-pergola et le jardin se trouve chez le propriétaire (mitoyen) ; nous étions conviés à utiliser les fauteuils extérieurs et le jardin ; mais malgré tout : se trouvant dans la partie du jardin propriétaire (surtout que ce jardin est mis en évidence dans le titre de l'annonce: "Appartamento con giardino") ; Lit un peu basique et éventuellement escamotable (Lit -Armoire) : en dessous de la qualité et du standing de l'appartement (surtout , qu'à notre avis un lit escamotable est inutile : vu la grandeur suffisante de l'appartement/studio

Roberto e Francesca sono ottimi proprietari di casa, sempre disponibili e pronti a soddisfare richieste o necessità. Mettono a disposizione degli ospiti il piano inferiore della casa, con un'ampia camera connessa con la cucina; il bagno è separato da uno spazio dedicato alla palestra. Tutti gli spazi sono dotati di ogni comfort.

The hosts were very friendly and available. The house was a basement and was very well and modern designed. There was also a parking spot available outside. There was also a small gym space available to the guests. We enjoyed our stay.

There was a slight humidity problem in the room which did not bother us too much since we have stayed only for 2 nights.

Beautiful decor, luxurious kitchen ware, great hosts.
