Appartamento con Terrazza

Das Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand oder dem Bahnhof. Fußläufig sind viele Geschäfte, Bars, Cafés und Restaurants zu erreichen. Die zwei modernen Badezimmer bietet genügend Platz für eine Familie oder 4 Freunde. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles, was zum kochen benötigt wird. Wir waren aber trotzdem öfter das italienische Essen genießen 😉 Rom erreicht man in 40 min mit dem Zug, der alle 20 min fährt. Nach einem langen Tag in Rom, kann man in Lido di Ostia zur Ruhe kommen oder an den Strand gehen. Die Terrasse liegt Richtung Nord-Westen, dadurch wird es dort nicht zu heiß. Wer länger bleibt kann auch eigene Wäsche waschen, da es eine nagelneue Waschmaschine gibt. Das Haus hat zudem einen kleinen Fahrstuhl.

Nichts, das Appartement ist super. Lediglich die Kurtaxe in Lido ist mit 6€ pro Person und Tag sehr hoch.

A wonderful apartment – very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Great location, close to the Metromare train station, about 30 minutes from the centre of Rome.

A great property, well-appointed with everything we needed for the holiday, even some espresso pods provided which were very welcome! Comfortable rooms with shutters that kept things dark, air con in most of the flat and fans in the bedroom which made the place lovely and cool on hot days. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Extremely convenient for the railway into Rome, not far from the beach. A great stay

Meglepően nagy és tágas szállás. Mindent megtalálsz benne amire szükséged lehet. Tökéletes elhelyezkedés. A strandok 8-10 perc séta, tömegközlekedés 3-4 perc séta. Repülőtérre közvetlen buszjárat, 30- 35 perc. Róma a " Metromare'-val egy óra alatt elérhető. Minden irányban találsz kávézót, éttermet, boltokat, üzleteket. Kisgyerekek számára vidámpark és játszótér egy saroknyira található. Jobb házigazdát, mint Nici és Theo, keresve is csak nehezen találsz. Nyugodt szívvel ajánlom, bárki számára, aki strandolni és emellett látni, felfedezni szeretné Rómát. Óriási köszönet Nici és Theo! 🤗

Ha nyitott ablakkal alszol, hajnalban zárd be, mert behallatszik a metró zaja.. De ez elenyésző a többi pozitívummal szemben 😉

One of the best apartment that we ever stay. Great localization close to Rome, easy contact with owner of the apartment. It was a really comfortable and pleasant stay!
