Nautical Beach Apartments

Close to the ocean and boardwalk.

The bathroom ceiling was falling apart, the beds were not comfy and the second room had a window into a dark garage, fireplace wasn’t close to the wall so there was a huge gap filled with spiderwebs and dead bugs.

No breakfast offered. We did not stay here despite the great location. The apartment was awful - like going into a dungeon.

Other than the location everything was awful. The pictures and online description are deceitful. The bathroom shower was dirty and had no light. The towel bar had been ripped off the wall. The wood on the door was split and one door was broken. The entire apartment was dark and dingy and had a musty smell. It was like going down into an underground basement. There was a front porch you could walk around to but no balcony right off the apartment as shown online. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. We met with the manager to discuss other options but got this reply, "Welcome to Hampton." We decided to hand in the keys and did not stay here. Someone should refund our money.

Location is great!

This was a last minute trip so we figured let’s just see what we can get , it was the sandcastle weekend , we saw Nautical Beach Apartments booked it not realizing how perfect it would be . The location was amazing ! Igor was great , he came out in the pouring rain to help us get the tv working . The apartment was clean , had off street parking . We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Hampton Beach .

There was nothing we didn’t like .
