"Picture perfect location"

Picture perfect setting with outstanding and friendly customer service. Room was spacious, tidy and serviced twice a day. The location was perfect and while sitting on the patio one could enjoy the waves rolling in over the sea.

The dinner service was disappointing.

"Very disappointing."

View is lovely

The mini bar in the room was lacking - not one snack or biscuit available. Minimal towels in the bathroom - no hand towels - only black face cloths which is unacceptable in a so called five star establishment. The telephone in the room was not working, not plugged in therefore not charged. The toilet smelt badly of old urine - clearly not being cleaned properly!

"Blick atemberaubend"

Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist atemberaubend schön und das Personal hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Perfekt war auch der Shuttle Service. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht.

In der Suite konnte eine von zwei Toilette nicht benutzt werden, da die Halterung defekt war. Allerdings war sonst alles bestens in Ordnung.
