Das Zimmer mit Meerblick ist ein Traum! Wir haben sehr gerne den Zimmerservice genutzt um den Ausblick beim Essen zu genießen. Weiterhin war das Frühstück auch wirklich hervorragend. Man bestellt a la carte, kann aber mehrere Optionen auswählen. Der Kaffee wurde auch immer frisch aufgebrüht und es gab eine Transfermöglichkeit von Hotel angeboten in in das Zentrum von Hermanus

Leider war das Personal nicht besonders freundlich

"Very relaxing in a lovely setting."

It’s very tranquil and quiet. The garden is pretty and well kept. The staff are lovely, engaging and take an interest in you. The food is great. It’s a peaceful place to stay away from the bustle of Hermanus. It’s not a five star property but it has great charm.

From the website I thought I was going to get a seaview room which is what I wanted since I’ve travelled all the way from the U.K. but I was given a garden room, which was disappointing. I didnt see any garden rooms advertised on booking.com, only seaview ones. I asked several times for a late check out but never received a response, only “we will see on the day” which is hopeless as I need to make plans. They are probably understaffed as I noticed the staff covering various roles.
