Miami Vacation Apartments

They tried three times to write off the funds for accommodation before my arrival, the card is active, there was money - they were refused. I arrived on the day of check-in - they said we canceled the reservation because this room is no longer available, they offered an option 4 times more expensive. They didn't even warn, I contacted them the day before check-in and they were silent, they didn't pick up the phone, they didn't answer messages. I asked them to cancel the booking, they promised but didn't and then tried to withdraw money from me as if I had canceled it. Never go to them.

Shower didn’t work, elevators stopped working as I was trying to leave and was trapped on 9th floor for over an hour.

Excellent service, apartments, and cleanliness. The apartments themselves are large and can accommodate several families. The view is stunning, and the beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away, which is a great advantage. On the very first floor, there is a small shop where you can buy essentials like hygiene products, water, food, snacks, and more. It is very quiet and peaceful, with no noisy neighbors. Overall, I highly recommend this place; you won’t regret it. 👏🏻

The position was great

The apartment needs a renovation and to be repainted (pics available). Only after the payment the host told us that the building was under external restructuring therefore we couldn’t go outside on the balcony. We could open just a small window but the dust came inside the room. Un unpleasant smell of fresh paint for a whole day…

The owner changed the conditions at last minute.She double the price for the night. Then cancelled the reservation
