Magnolia Italian Hostings

Location, location, location... it's perfectly located in the city centre, 5 min walk to Piazza Maggiore and 15 min walk to the train station. It's surrendered by many restaurants and cafes. There is a decent supermarket next door and a local tiny shop with fruits and veggies vis-a-vis the entrance to the building. Vittorio, the host, is very friendly and accommodating and willing to share recommendations for places to eat. The place is clean and quiet (facing a yard, not a street)

Nothing, I was happy with my stay. This is a perfect place for a solo traveller rather than a couple as there is limited seating space apart from a desk and chair, and the bed is on mezzanine, so for two people it might be less comfortable.

We had to climb up to a loft to reach the bed. otherwise, nice property.

The location was very good, the host was very friendly and helpful.

A fridge and a tv can be necessary for some guests. It was a little bit noisy. Price is a little bit high but is in the lower half of prices for Bologna City Center. Also, a key for the room at the hallway would be good to have.

Central location, but not noisy. Very warm welcome (good restaurant recommendations, fluent communication), even a few fresh fruits were in the room when i arrived.

Hot water in the shower could be hotter.

The location is very central. Although Bologna is easily walkable the location made it so much easier. The host was amazing and very helpful with the room and the city. The room is easily accesible and has a staircase leading to the bed which is present in the photos and the host also informs you on this. The room was also very clean we had a wonderful stay overall.

The staff in charge was very nice and flexible. When he got to know I was arriving in the morning (before the checkin time) he allowed to store my luggage and even tried to arrange my checkin earlier so that I can rest, which I truly appreciated. He also kindly gave me recommendations of where to stay, which was very nice The room was big and clean, and the bathroom had shampoo, hair treatment, and body soap One of the best if not the best experience on booking.com
