The bathroom's doors need to be fixed (cannot be closed) You can hear sounds from the street and neighbors walking upstairs We had to buy more toilet paper and trash bags

Location was excellent. Both rooms were clean. Nice cafe across the street. Nice restaurant for takeaway a few doors down.

Wifi did not work in one apartment. Bathroom doors did not close in either apartment. Toilets both had issues w flushing. Bed was very low end and uncomfortable. 2 coffee pods for 2 people for 2 days.

The apartment was easy to find and clean. Great direction from the property manager, very professional. Functioning kitchen.

The reasons I would not stay at this place again: I realized that the ground level is not for me; Wasn't stocked enough: there were just 2 flat pillows, but usually we get 4; we had to go shopping for paper towels, kleenex and toilet paper. Bathroom was a little uncomfortable: just one hook for one towel, no shelves, the door to the bathroom wouldn't close, no stopper for the water in shower- so water would just leak out to the floor, and the vent was super dusty. We came when the weather was pretty warm: there were no air-conditioning, no fans, air purifier/humidifier didn't work; and we couldn't open the window because there were no window screens and sidewalk is right next to it.

The apartment is very well organized and comfortable for the 3 days we spent in Porto.

Unfortunately, the bathroom in our Apartment is a health hazard. There is a lot of black mold in the shower cabin and that fan just makes noise and doesn't help at all.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff responded to wifi issue promptly.

Apt with outside balcony is on 3rd floor (European), 45 steps. Additionally the bed is lofted and no rail for steps. Location is about half way up hill. These athings would have been nice to know ahead of booking.
