The location was fine but the horrendous treatment by the staff far outweighs any pros.

The superior double suite with access to the executive lounge booking was not honored. Apparently, there is no executive lounge at this location, however, they would not adjust the price accordingly. Instead they (the manager spoke to the supervisor) offered to compensate with complimentary drinks which upon checkout, they insisted we must pay for or they would charge the manager who signed the voucher. I did not pay on principle. I'm not sure if they treat all foreigners and/or females like this but don't risk ruining your vacation by staying here.

Room size & Housekeeping

Breakfast could be better. Same items were kept. F&B staffs are not trained. Manager was not available to resolve restaurant billing issues though the mistake was theirs. Reception staff was refused add GST & Company name in my invoice due to booking done thru booking portal. I had to fight for it.
