Everything! Our apartment was beautiful- spacious, comfortable and so charming! Modern-day convenience with old-world charm. The property grounds were very well kept and the views were stunning. Giulia was very helpful with suggestions and directions. And they are building a restaurant which will be very convenient.

"Beautiful stay near to Volterra"

A really beautiful location very close to Volterra. The pool and playground made staying at the accommodation a real pleasure.

Be aware there is an additional charge for heating (we were told before our stay).

View are amazing. Location is excellent. Giulia as the host is very lovely. Building is very good quality. It really does fulfill what one looks for in a Tuscan place to stay.

Mattresses are not very good quality. Internet inside rooms is not strong. We would like to see shampoo and maybe some paper towels as part of the basic furnishings.

Really nice place and nice staff.

I think a renovation of the facilities (inside) would be a Game changer even though the classic Tuscany Flair would be lost
