Excelente relación calidad -precio Pulcritud de la habitación Camas comodas, almohadas impecables Baño A1 Desayuno incluído delicioso y muy por encima del promedio en Tarapoto. Personal amable. La vista en la terraza es sumamente bella.

Un punto a mejorar seria el acceso,pero tampoco es crítico,hay mototaxis permanentemente.

El Residencial Tarapoto View fue una grata experiencia de alojamiento, desde que llegué a la ciudad, me ayudaron con el equipaje y se preocuparon por mis padres que siendo adultos mayores, prefirieron el 5to piso ante la propuesta del 1er piso. Los desayunos son variados entre tradicionales, dietéticos y regionales. La habitación contaba con colchones firmes y contaba con aire acondicionado. El servicio higiénico tenía variedad de shampoo, acondicionador y jabones, no tuve problemas con agua caliente por si no te gusta el agua fría. Hay una sala de estar en el sexto piso por si deseas pasar el rato solo o con la familia. La limpieza fue impecable y la vista de la ciudad y las colinas vale la pena. El personal fue amable y educado.

Todo bien, quizá en el futuro podría haber un ascensor ya que solo cuenta con escaleras, pero es irrelevante frente al servicio personalizado que recibí.

La habitación y cama amplia con balcón, aire acondicionado apropiado. Alejado de calles ruidosas. se puede descansar muy bien. Diseño moderno y muy bonita en la habitación.

No tienen ascensor, nuestra habitación estaba en el quinto piso.
