Appartamenti Marina Corta

Appartamento appena ristrutturato, bello, luminoso e Posizione strategica, proprio in piazza di marina corta, fantastica visuale vista mare dall interno appartamento, si può vedere nascere il sole, anche la sera suggestivo lo scenario con locali dove c è anche musica per un fantastico relax A pochi metri da dove partano le barche x le gite delle isole, ci torneremo sicuramente!

La posizione

Bisogna avvertire che le scale per l’ingresso sono strette e non percorribili da bambini carrozzini anziani e disabili. Il proprietario a stento ti saluta quella mattina per nulla empatico e sto ancora aspettando il cambio asciugamani che aveva detto che mi portava alle 11 ma che nn sono mai arrivati

Beautiful view and comfortable apartment.

The apartment layout was terrific, the location superb. Views spectacular and the vibe equal.

Some of the facilities didn't work, there was no booklet to tell how everything worked. Toiletries were missing and most importantly no wifi

Firstly, it seems the most popular app used for communication in Italy is WhatsApp. So, be sure to download and use it. That's exactly what I used to introduce myself to Signore Giovanni De Pasquale to let him know of my ETA the day before of my arrival especially we were arriving on a Sunday. Hint: the Google Translate made our life so much easier. We had been exchanging short messages and on the day of our arrival, I finally let Signore Pasquale know that I only know a little Italian and he laughed! Apparently, Signore Pasquale also owns a ristorante about 50-100m from the apartment so we met and he gave us a tour of the apartment and the keys. The apartment is absolutely amazing. It's located on the Marina so we had the windows opened everyday for the sea breeze. From the outside, the apartment is on the 3rd floor (0=first or ground floor) even though there are only 20 stair steps. Everything inside the apartment is functional. There are plenty of cafe, gelato, restaurants, boat tour agency and retail stores from the Lipari Port to the Marina Corta and It's about 5 to 10 minutes easy stroll. On the Lipari Port, there are Taxi drivers who will give you a tour of the island in 2 hours with a fee. I even spotted a guy selling fresh fish in the alley. Love the fruits, orange, cantaloupe and donut peach. Needless to say, this is where I want to come back to escape a hectic life.

Absolutely Nothing!

Great location in front of the small harbour of Lipari, close to many restaurants but at the same time queit. Modern and spacious apartment with clean and comfortable furniture. Mr. Giovanni was very helpful and gave us some useful tips around Lipari and possible navigation tours

The balcony is very small and doesn't have any furniture to be able to sit and watch the sea. The steps to enter the apartment were very steep, but they shouldn't be a problem if you have only small luggage
