It does not have private parking, but that is not a problem because there are many public parking lots in the immediate vicinity.

The communication with hosts was one of the best we ever had! We received very detailed information about check-in and parking prior to our arrival and we could arrive late (around 10 pm) with no problem. Our room was huge and it was a pleasant surprise that the breakfast was included in the price. We were also asked when we would like the breakfast to be served, which was very nice. The accommodation is very central and the building has a lot of character. Great stop-over point on our way from Zagreb to Florence and good value for money.

The biggest area for improvement was definitely the bed, and that is very easy to improve. The bed was very very uncomfortable, one of the worst we ever slept on. We spent only one night here so it was manageable, but I would suggest the host fix it soon, and then the overall experience would be so much better. The bathroom could also use renovating, but that is more complicated to do so I understand why it hasn't been done yet (as opposed to buying a better bed). In typical Italian fashion breakfast only offered sweets. so it would by nice to include more savory options (cheese, ham, normal bread), especially if you are staying for more than one night.

We had a big room in this 14th century building at a great location in Monselice. Parking was easy and free in front of the house. The room was very clean, with good air conditioning.

Wifi is not working in the room, just in the lobby or at the staircase. This could be easily resolved with a wifi extender, I think. Our room was on the 2nd floor, the elevator can be used only to take the luggages upstairs. It was not a problem for us to walk upstairs but some people may find it difficult.

Very convenient location (close to the motorway and train station). Clean apartment and a very nice host.

Very poor choice of restaurants around the place. The bathroom could have more shelves for 5-6 people leaving.

A clear 10/10 rating. The rooms were very large and lovingly furnished. The house itself is historic (possibly built in the Middle Ages), but has been lovingly brought up to modern standards with great architectural flair. Our host, Roberta, was always at our service. One could see how much she cares about this beautiful house.

No complaints.

We received good breakfast.

WiFi was not working. There was no drinking glass in the room.
