Lokacija objekta je super. Preuzimanje i ostavlje kljuća od stana je bilo super lagano i automatizovano. Internet bio super, ko gleda netflix također jedan od benefita jer ima pretplatu. Espresso apart i kafa su super.

Čistoća objekta je vrlo loša. Mislim da se samo promjeni posteljina i obriše wc. Ostalo je sve zamazano, prašnjavo i paućine ima svugdje na djelovima koji nisu u stalnoj upotrebi. Prijedlog da se angažuje osoba da se objekat detaljno očisti.
