Дуже тиха вуличка, є парковка, є сховище, що особливо радує в воєнний час. Дуже чисто. Смачні сніданки. Дуже привітний персонал. Зручні ліжка. В номерах тепло. Можна пограти в шахи, також є міні-бібліотека, то якщо забув книжку, то можна почитати.
