Very friendly, helpful and polite staff especially Mr Santush. The apartment is affordable fully equipped & good location. Host is very polite. We had a good stay here. I'm highly recommending for anyone looking to stay in Chennai.

The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The linen was clean. The caretaker provided us with a few additional things on request and was very welcoming.

I stayed here with family. Good apartment with ac, fans, and wifi. Facilities for cooking available. Shops are around the corner to buy groceries. Vasanth was very helpful for everything and ready available to help with anything. The place was very neat and tidy. Photos on the website are true representations of the property. I would love to recommend this place to anyone.

There is no food facility .As such we have to arrange to get the food ourself . The care taker Mr Vasanth kumar is an exceptional guy ,who took care of all . The serviced apartment, is the best in providing services and thousand times better than any 3 star hotels at chennai If you are going with family ,dont have second thought in booking these apartments There are few weak points ,which was highlighted by us ,and they assured that these will be addressed

Nothing Much .But there is no near by restaraunts ,and we need to depend on Swiggy etc.,
