The appartement is in the third floor with enough flights of stars to make you gasp for air once there. No mention of third floor in the description. That's something you discover AFTER you book. Air conditioning has not been tended to, so it is more like a ventilator than AC. The main door has been broken into before so whenever locked it does not stay shut in frame and there is enough clearance 5cm that you don't feel at home. More like anyone can watch you through that gap even if the door is closed. Toilet door is also broken. It refuses to be shut. I slapped it shut then it refused to open and when I tried to open it with some pulling, the glass of the door fell on my hand and sliced it slightly. I talked to the owner about all this. He fixed the toilet Door the next day but said there is currently nothing to do about the main door during my 1 week stay. I had to live with the possibility that anyone can peek into the 5cm gap of the main door. It goes without saying that I regretted the entire stay. Felt unsafe. Got physically hurt. And it's all on video. Please intervene booking.com This feels like almost like a scam with the experience I had suffered through. Awaiting booking.com to contact me.
