The room, bathroom and fixtures were dirty. Found an assortment of insects under the bed and in the bathroom. The window frames were broken such that air from outside would enter and make the room humid and hot at night. AC extremely noisy. Pool very dirty, gym very dirty and limited, and breakfast was very very poor. Staff unhelpful and weirdly standoffish. I really did contemplate abandoning my booking and moving elsewhere, luckily I only needed to be there for 1 full day
