It was very hygienic, quite and aesthetically pleasing

The WiFi did not work the entire time

The place was clean and also comfortable

The wifi wasn't working

Just the fact that I was with my partner other wise property was not what I saw there was no Matt in the lounge a lot was not right but the pace was very neat and staff are very rude and cold especially ones that are operating the WhatsApp app

The staff were very cold

The bed was proper and comfortable.

The couch, cushions, and rug were old, worn out, and covered in dirty stains. The apartment had only one old dishcloth and a torn dish sponge. On the day we left, we had to bathe using cold water because there was no hot water available. I don’t think it’s appropriate for apartments that have clearly been lived in before to be listed on booking platforms without replacing basic furniture and essential items.

The room was spacious and good looking.

The bed sheets are not new, they had marks on them😤even the pillowcases they did not look clean. I believe that good pillowcases and sheets are needed for people visiting as they had paid money to have a nice stay there.

Not easy for a 1st time...someone should have been available to show or assist

No aircon very disappointed weather was hot had to sleep with slide door opened, which did not help as only a small portion opens. It was very had for us to sleep. No soap , shower cap in bathroom

The view was nice Pool area is very beautiful Furniture and the room setup is beautiful It’s safe It’s nice and cosy

There was no air-con which I was not aware of. There was no staff to assist me while I struggled with getting the key, ended up being helped by a stranger that had booked there as well. Cut off time for the pool area is too early
