Barozzi Apartment Bologna

Nice comfortable apartment. Everything was as advertised. Proximity to the train station was great, as well as the proximity to the park. Beautiful shower. Comfortable bed. Good AC, though the upstairs is always 2-3 degrees warmer than the downstairs, which is understandable. Overall nice amenities. I didn't meet the hosts but they were very, very nice and communicative. They were especially nice concerning a misunderstanding about the city taxes.

The internet oscillated between being good and a bit slow at times. If you need to get serious work done, I wouldn't advise it. I found the sunlight in the apartment a bit lacking. As mentioned above, the proximity to the train station was nice. But if I were traveling in Bologna again, I would not stay right on the ring road. Being even just a block into the city would have felt much nicer, the ring road has a bit of an unfriendly feeling to it. This all feels a bit unfair, I am nitpicking a bit, and the bottom line is the place was nice and as advertised. It might be right for you. For me personally, though, I'd probably look elsewhere if I were staying in Bologna again. Again, the #1 thing is just the location, I really would advise getting off the ring road.

The apartment is very close to the railway station and downtown Balogna. It is very secure, and the host is amazing. He sent us detailed directions on how to access the apartment and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was good. Great washing machine, dishwasher, comfortable bed, and anything else you may need, even plenty of hangers!!

Loved everything. Please note that the bedroom is located on the mezzanine. We are both in our late 60s, and we didn't find the stairs to be a problem. However, it may pose a problem for those with mobility issues.

I stayed here for three nights and the apartment was wonderful. So clean, comfortable, spacious, and the hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. The bed was super comfy, too!

The owners of this property have done an exceptional job with this apartment. Everything that one would want or need is there from dishes to a washing machine. The pictures are accurate. They also have a book of helpful information, such as grocery stores and restaurants. I appreciated so much that William met me personally. His directions from the train station were most helpful. The property is in easy walking distance from the train station. Last things: good bed and great towels!

The walk from the train station might make some folks a little nervous because while there are a number of stores, hotels, a health club, small restaurants, there are also closed stores and a small area where some homeless folks sleep. That being said, I never felt uncomfortable b/c there are always many people walking under the portico in early morning and in the evening; in addition, to get into the area where the apartment is (it is surrounded by high rise apartments-from what I saw, mostly students), the entrance is locked and the door to the apartment is very secure.

This is not just a normal good review. This is the ultimate review. Do not book anywhere else. This place is amazing in all aspects with everything catered for. The owner is a very decent person with fantastic communication, is very warm and understanding. I can not praise the owners enough. They deserve more than a 10/10. Very nice studio with homey atmosphere. Great location close to the city center and the railstation.

Everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay. The house was warm and cozy! It looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed! It was clean and close to everything 😊 The host was also amazing and helped us with everything we needed. We highly recommend it. Thank you for everything!
