The room is nice and clean, the aircon works well

The place is very nice and the price was ok

We had to ask for toilet tissu, water and creamer for the coffe. We had to wait almost one hour for the breakast, we could not use the pool in the evening because they were supposed to clean it and in the morning it was a little bit durty in one section abd there was too many chlorine in the othe section, they said because strong wind the night before

The place is nice and clean, the room is bigger than I expected. The air-conditioner is working really well, the heated shower is working really well, the resort is nice and refreshing. The food is superb, the staff is very accommodating. The location is near the city center, everything is easy access.

We requested for our room to be cleaned but the housekeeping isn't available, it's understandable tho coz we stayed there during the holy week.

There is so many problems with this hotel. They have karaoke every day down stairs and it’s so loud you cannot think. This lasts all day until 6pm. I had to go out because the more drunk the people got the louder it got.

The pool and the room I stayed in. And the maintenance man painting very helpful when asked for help with tv and got my son ball out of pool. And always happy and the young lady at receaption very helpful and security man helpful

Few times power going off. And last night stay there Christmas party music loud and neighbours on last night playing music talking loud

Staff was nice.

Mosquitoes in the bathroom. I’m talking hundreds every morning. Videoke late into the night
