Worst experience ever. Similar to the other reviews when we got there we were told we were “double booked” despite making the reservation 11 months ago. We had to find alternative accommodation and were told to claim a refund from Booking.com.

Absolute rubbish. They are a scam. Listed on booking.com took my money. When I arrived they told me they are not affiliated and I must call Booking.com for a refund they will not honour my booking. I had to look for alternative accommodation Please black list them to save your customers from this nonsense.

Were not aware of our booking. Litter and sigarette buts all over the property. Swimming pool green. Outside toilets by pool area broken and filthy. No remotes for aircons. Broken outside light by rooms. Was a double room booking but only one towel, one cup per room. People off the street were allowed in and were drinking alchol on the property.

On arrival the guesthouse was not ready for us and we had to wait and stay in a pathetic room, we were then moved to another room with no bathroom doors. The toilet was leaking, no toilet paper, bathroom was dirty. We were then moved to another room, condoms everywhere and bath was dirty. Facilities is poor and staff has no respect whatsoever.
