"Exceptional Care, Exceptional Hotel"

This is a five-star hotel at the level it should be. The staff is exceptional. My 18-year-old daughter’s train to Vienna was terminated in Budapest because of bad weather, and she was left in the city with heavy luggage. I booked a room for her, and the hotel staff handled everything: they organized a transfer, escorted her to the apartment, fed her, and even allowed me to pay the additional expenses later by bank transfer. I am extremely grateful and will definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to my friends.

"Consiglio, ottima soluzione a pochi minuti dal centro"

La dimensione della camera, la pulizia, la professionalità del personale, la comodità dei letti, il bagno molto ampio, la colazione. L'hotel si trova poco fuori dal centro (15 minuti a piedi) in posizione tranquilla e ben servita. Abbiamo soggiornato al Kozmo residence: il personale ci ha supportato con consigli pratici e si è dimostrato molto gentile. Il nostro appartamento era ampio, molto pulito, elegante e perfettamente insonorizzato.

Nella zona cucina avrei gradito maggiori accessori.
