The location was fabulous

Bathroom area was not clean and it was wet all over shower having a leaking issues.

The location was Peaceful and away from the crowd. Right next to the river. Staff was helpful.

Given the price the facilities could be better. The shower was not working.

Everything.. there is no place for any complaints.. I will certainly visit again..

The bed size we were worried about.

The washroom was not clean The socket plugs were not working.

The property booking price was fine with aesthetics.

The approach to the hotel needs serious work. Hotel can have alternative access from the Ganga canal end. For the room many plugs were not working. The need to be replaced. And there should be more socket in the room. Booking.com for my first booking also share incorrect information on the window openings. They need to correct the information.

The peaceful atmosphere of this place soothes you. The river is right next to you. The staff members are very helpful. Travelled with my mom who has major mobility issue, but every single staff member of this place went out of the way to make her comfortable. The rooms are very nice, bathrooms are clean and nice. Unfortunately due to lpg unavailability , their restaurant was closed. But easy to order from Swiggy and Zomato , we used their restaurant to eat what we ordered. This place is a hidden gem.
