Its comfortable to stay and clean

Nearby to Historical Place of Zagreb. Has Air Conditioner, it’s very important for us.

Complicated process of finding keys to get into the room. Noisy because other neighbors couldn't get into their rooms either.

Accommodation was great . Close to City centar . Great for couples

It was clean and central and had airconditioning.

It was in a noisy street with insufficient insalation.

Location is good. Cleaning ladies are great... and probably the reason I stayed, since the owner was INCREDIBLY RUDE when I was unable to enter, dealing with complicated codes

1. The owner is rude and not willing to help. I was checking in at 9:30 pm, but the instructions for getting into the apartment are NOT CLEAR. So, these helpful cleaning ladies were there, so they called him to ask him to help me. He is not even Croatian, but a Middle Eastern man who yelled "Everything is in the email" I said, "Sir, instructions are unclear, please hear my question..." He yelled "Cancel, cancel, cancel" and hung up the phone. 2. Internet sucks! I was not able to make a 10 minute WhatsApp call without it breaking at least 4-5 times 3. Cutting the cost Everything looks great, but nothing is really functional. The kitchen hot plate is not working. TV is not working, There is no hook for the towel next to the shower. No soap or shampoo was provided. No salt or pepper or any basics in the kitchen. 4. Complicated entrance You need to enter into the building with one code. Then you have a different one that works in a totally different way when entering the apartment. Then you have to get into a box key with a 3rd code to get into your studio This used to be a nice place, but they turned it into 4 little studios, so it feels like some kind of a hostel. Really low class Overall bitter experience that was "saved" by the kind cleaning ladies who wanted to help to make my stay better, but there was nothing to do about all these things
