Lobby restaurant is in different wong so you always have to come down and thn again go to nex block and go up and its a huge tower so lift takes time

Here is a simpler and clearer version: There is only one access card for the whole unit. This makes it inconvenient because when one person goes out, the other person cannot stay inside. On the check-out day, the lift was extremely busy. Even after waiting for half an hour, we still could not get the lift. To avoid being charged for overtime stay, my family had to walk down the stairs from the 20th floor to the Level 2 car park. In the staircase, we met other guests who were also frustrated with the lift and were walking down from the 16th floor.
MYMYMYThe homestay is strategically located with many food options nearby, the house is clean, and there are plenty of facilities provided.
Please add more mirrors, as there only have mirror in the toilet. For us women and in a large group, it is quite inconvenient.
