The property is amazing, the people there are very friendly. They make excellent vegetarian food on request. The rooms are quite large. We were the only guests at the time so it was very quiet and an enjoyable experience with my family.

"A secret oasis in the middle of Karnataka"

A wonderful secret oasis. Historic bungalow in a coffee plantation. Very relaxing, green, lots of birds chirping. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Food prepared fresh (all meals including afternoon snack) was terrific. Large and comfortable rooms.
They do not accept international credit cards, only Indian ones - but this was not clear anywhere in advance. Given the remote location, it's hard to locate a functioning international ATM to get cash. Wifi was very weak and unstable.

Fantastic staff. Very friendly and attention to minute details. I Simple homemade vegetarian food that can be customized to ur taste and u can feel that that the darjeleeing couple (sangma and deb) The location is very peaceful and serene The highlight of course was the tour by Mr..Sundar Singh of the coffee plantation and the entire process. I went there for 1 night, with my mom (80) and I would highly recommend this place for anyone going there with elderly parents.
I would use this section to suggest some minor improvements Having a small fridge with milk and a microwave next to the coffee bar - would be a good addition- especially in the night
