- SUMMER (mid-May/mid-September) - our office is open from 11:00 to 19:30. - the rate includes 1 parasol and two sunbeds - the rate includes towels and bed linen (they are not changed) - the rate includes 1 parking space - the apartment has a maximum capacity of people (by people we mean adults, children and infants equally) - the kitchen must be left clean, the fridge cleaned, rubbish removed, otherwise the security deposit will not be returned - at check-in payment of the entire stay is required, payment by bank transfer or check is not allowed - a security deposit of € 200 is required, it will be returned at check-out ONLY after control of the apartment - the property is not available for parties - Quiet time slot is 13:00/16:30 - 22:00/07:00 We inform our customers that the swimming pool is located at a partner hotel, next to our building (1 minute walk). WINTER CHECK-IN: (from September 16 to May 14) from 14:00 to 15:30, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We ask our guests to schedule their appointment in advance. SUMMER CHECK-IN: (from May 15 to September 15) from 11:30 to 13:00, from 14:00 to 19:30. The keys will be handed over as soon as the apartment is ready. We ask our guests to provide their arrival time in advance.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
