LOGE Leavenworth

Stayed 2 nights....2nd night was a much better experience than the 1st day of arrival....Amy made up for that experience...she was welcoming....informative of the town ...places to dine...directions etc....The Manager of the LOGE was also very welcoming....its too bad we didn't experience that on check in the day before with the male barista....housekeeping is wonderful they acknowledge you as you walk back and fourth....rooms are comfortable...I appreciate the walk in showers....decent size fridge....but most the location....walking distance to everything....

When we arrived, yes I understood it was contactless check in....but the introductions on the which door to use is very confusing, then when a employee is finally found outside the building, he explains it with a look of duh????....finally we are able to enter the building ....Now I'm on a comparison to our stay at the Loge in Westport last year...first don't be confused with the generic Hotels.com site of the Loge in Leavenworth, as they also show the cabins which is not the downtown they are booking you for....now as for Westport vs. Leavenworth.....Westport offers more "luxury" in their rooms...the bathroom feels more upscale with the thick glass doors and is larger in size.....the beds are more comfy with a nice throw...there is a larger desk and built in seating area...fridges are larger as well...window covering are nicer..... the most striking feature was the lack of visible hotel personnel here in Leavenworth ....However the following morning, the Barista was very accommodating...she was friendly...outgoing and very welcoming a wonderful representative for Loge...with sll that in mind I would stay at Loge again...

Comfortable. Clean.

We loved our stay! Booked it last minute after hiking the Enchantments that day. Room was clean, comfortable, and affordable. Love that dogs can stay for free, that’s hard to find these days.

Property was in walking distance of restaurants and shops and everything needed in town. Also very close to the waterfront park. Keyless entry was easy to use, and I liked the fact they send you all the access info. Feels like checking into an Airbnb where you don’t even have to meet the host (or wait in a line at the hotel). Everything was clean in the room, bed was comfortable. I crashed here after hiking Colchuck Lake. Appreciated the tea bags in the room, along with the kettle, microwave, and mini fridge to keep my ice packs, drinks, and snacks cool. There is a convenient cafe onsite which was much quicker than surrounding places (bagel place across the street had a long line out the door, crepe place down the street had a 30 min wait). Ample towels and wash clothes were provided. Any staff I encountered were friendly. Though it’s a communal bathroom, I never had any issues with traffic when needing to use a toilet or shower stall. The A/C unit worked great inside the room (it was 90 degrees outside). WiFi worked well, too. Parking pass was provided in the room as described. It’s a modernized and well-kept property, with an inviting indoor hangout space. It is pricey for what you get, but compared to the other options in Leavenworth, it was the most reasonable.

I understood ahead of time that it was going to be a shared bathroom; it just felt like an extra step to get up and go down the hall if needing to use a toilet at night. Reminded me of hostels I’ve stayed in. There are dogs in the hotel, so you’d hear an occasional bark. The halls echo and you do hear people out and about, doors closing etc during the “quiet hours”. I used the earplugs provided, as there was live music playing outside at night in the courtyard. Appreciated the body wash etc but wish there was some in the actual shower stalls you could use, instead of having to bring the bottle back and forth from your room. It would also be nice to have some Kleenex either in the room or the bathroom, as it’s dry and dusty out. My allergies were acting up. Thankfully I had some travel Kleenex in my backpack. I ordered a breakfast sandwich from the cafe, and by the description on the menu, it was supposed to come with several more toppings than what I received. It was literally just bacon, egg, cheese. I received two pre-made egg patties, one of which was freezing cold so I threw it away. I had to re-heat the sandwich in the room (thankful for the microwave), because the remaining egg patty was cold to the touch, as well. I know they were busy and the ticket machine wasn’t working properly, but please ensure you’re serving food adequately warmed for consumption. There was a cleaning cart that stayed right outside my door for the duration of my stay. Maybe better to put it in a closet, out of sight? I could hear staff bumping on the other side of the wall every time they went to get an item from the cart.

The location was excellent. the room was very clean. it was nice that there was a coffee bar in the lobby.

The only padded surface in the entire room is the bed. every other surface is hard and so the place is just innately noisy. it's very stark in terms of decoration. pretty much everything is white and very modern in a very Ikea kind of way.

Excellent place to stay, walking distance from downtown

The staff was super friendly and helpful, and I loved how close it was to downtown and the water. The room was clean and cozy, which made for a really comfortable stay. The only thing I noticed was that the walls weren’t completely soundproof, but it honestly didn’t take away from the overall great experience.

Great location, concept and premium amenities

The location of the hotel is great! It is right in downtown so it’s a easy walk if you want to grab a bite to eat or shop.
