The location was great, and we appreciated having a security guard downstairs.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. We found hair on the bed, which was extremely unpleasant, and overall, the bedroom was in a very poor state. Additionally, we were only provided with one shower towel, despite booking for two people. Did they expect us to share? This lack of basic amenities and hygiene is unacceptable
