lot of mosquitoes. rooms are on the top floor with offices and commercial space down below, so families may not feel comfortable, most ideal for friends travelling.

The living room and bedroom were exactly as shown in the photograph No surprises there. The bathroom and rooms were clean. The host who was managing the rooms was very helpful. Babu spoke HIndi and Tamil. Hence people from North can also choose this property. We stayed only overnight

The location is on a very busy road, You cannot stop by for a minute to wonder if you have reached the right place. The apartment is only on the 3rd floor of DBS commercial bank and hence not easily spotted on the busy road. They have parking in the basement but they must have a better security who is alert and helpful. We felt the bedroom had only one light in the room which was inadequate. The room did not have any view outside. The windows were opaque glass. They have a kitchen, but a microwave and electric induction plate would be very helpful

I stayed here for a total of 11 days. The behavior of the owner and staff is very good. The flat is clean and tidy. The rooms are also quite big.

The helper was cordial and accommodating.

The lift was not working and we had to climb 3 floors with our luggage. There were mosquitoes everywhere in the apartment. The bed sheet was not clean and only covered half the mattress. There was only 1 towel even though there were 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children). The entire room was smelly and the walls looked dated and not well maintained. The bathroom was also very smelly with a stale smell. The fridge was off and was stinking when we opened it. The AC kept going off and coming on randomly through out the night.
