i was impressed by the calm , and the kindness of the employees.

my feedback from my recent stay at your hotel. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, it felt like resting my head on a rock. Additionally, the housekeeper knocked on the door every morning, which was disturbing me on my rest days . It would be great if you could provide a schedule or ask for a convenient time for room cleaning. The hotel wasn't really worth the high price. Plus, they didn't include any meals, so I had to pay for my own food.
