Central Seaview Apartment

The apartment was spacious and clean. Perfect for our stay. Location is good, the view was great and we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so the stairs are a little inconvenient but not a deal breaker

From when we arrived things went wrong. Instructions to find the apartment wasn’t clear and they gave us the wrong key, so after a long road trip we stood outside the apartment for 15 minutes before someone arrived only for them to leave again to get the right key. The unit was on the top floor and there was no elevator so carrying luggage was a pain and the corridors smelt old and there is no lights. So coming in when it gets dark is an issue. The place was freezing cold and only one old fashioned heater was given to us. Turning on the cooker and kettle at the same time would cause it to trip. At one point the credit ran out leaving us in the dark. We found blood stains on the white sheets in one of the bedrooms. It was supposed to be relaxing but it was stressful, cold and uncomfortable.

Large spacious apartment. Has a washing machine and dryer. Good shower. Parking in locked garage. Opposite beach. You have to collect the key at a different location but the host took us to the apartment and showed us around.

Beds a bit soft. The key only worked at one entry point to facility. Had to walk around from parking to front entrance.

There was currently construction on this building. I think as a guest we should have been informed about it. The building does not look the same from the outside as the photos on the site. It was allot of noise during the day, and because of all the trafficking in and out the building, It did not feel safe as there were about 3 doors of entrance on the ground floor. That is why I booked out after just 1 night. It was also not easy to find the correct flat, and I had to rely on some security guard to help me find the room- as all signage is unreadable from the street side due to the construction issues. The flat itself is fantastic with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The only problem is that if I have know beforehand of the construction and issues on the building, I would not have booked on this dates. After all is finished, I would still recommend it to anybody- but for the time, guests should have been informed beforehand about the current situation.

The fact that there was not an agent on site to take you to your correct room and you had to figure it out yourself. Emails notifications does not sort the booking in problem
