The room was clean and good looking.

I stayed there over the weekend, and there was a wedding happening below the room, so the music was very loud. No one informed me about this when I made the reservation. In the morning at checkout, there was no staff present, and no one answered the phone, so I just left the key on the desk.

A very delicious breakfast made fresh by the nice lady working in the morning at the restaurant, very kind and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean.

The room temperature could be a little bit warmer.

"Very bad service, we felt tricked by the advertisement into something that was totally different"

There was no restaurant - and they advertised it as hotel - restaurant There was no air conditioning, very hot - not acceptable for a 4 star hotel No service at all - hotel is only for events, not for guests
