The property is in a nice location, however I would look at other hostels nearby instead

There were loads of mosquitos in the room, the net provided was covered in dirt and dry mud and even when pulled out did not cover the corner of the bed. When I arrived I swatted once against the wall which left a blood stain I’m guessing of the previous person staying in the room. Food was overpriced and not great in comparison to elsewhere. The scooter my friend hired from the hostel cut out on the highway as it had no petrol and the petrol meters on the scooters don’t work. Taxi driver provided by hostel back to Ninh Binh was dishonest as I gave him 600k instead of 150k by mistake and he pretended I only gave him 150k. I got one million from the atm, gave him a blue 500k note (thinking it was 50k) and a 100k note (leaving me with 400k change) He lied his way out of it and the hostel were unable to help at all.

lovely family diner, great food, good information for activities, great location, amazing people who work there!

No airconditioning in the room, but this was not nessessary.

nicest hosts I have ever met. They organise whatever you want and the bicycle rental for free is awesome. the location of the homestay is also unbeatable

Very good food and breakfast, helpful staff. Sourrinding area is pretty. Got an extra blanket.

A little bit cold during winter, no heater available. Maybe one bathroom more would be pleasant

Relaxing area, quiet and peaceful. There are a lot of things to do as well, like using the pool table, the pool (if it’s warm) and a small garden as well as some reasonably priced food from the restaurant.

No family dinner when we were there. Although the food from the menu was still good.
