Belle chambre dans le centre de Palerme, quartier sympathique sans être bruyant.

Pas de petit déjeuner offert, check in tardif.

Ubicación perfecta. Muy limpio. Bonita decoración. Muy seguro y privado.

Uno de los anfitriones resultó un poco invasivo, me envió demasiados mensajes por whatsapp. No me gustó que el checking era un poco misterioso al principio, insistían en que fuera a una oficina (creo que de turismo). Al final fue auto checking y súper ágil y fácil. Insistían mucho en la hora de salida, cuando lo sabía perfectamente porque estaba en el anuncio.

Francesco and Davide were great, kindly and quickly responding my questions and requests. Francesco's recommended place were all wonderful. The highlight of the room is spa bath, best to relax. Overall, cozy, though not so large. The location is super convenient, 1 min. to Maqueda st., and 5 min. to Quatro quanti.

It would be better if towels were more white. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper was not enough for 6 days stay.

We loved the authentic vibe of the area and the house is very central with locals living all around. The room had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable and shower worked well, kitchenette was great and our morning espresso on balcony and vino in evening there watching the Palermo life was the icing on the cake. Staying in Palermo allowed us to visit Mondello beach easily with public bus and Cefalù by train. Our hosts Francesco and David were very welcoming. David booked our Mt Etna and Taormina tour from Maravigghia Cultural & Tourist Hub which he runs and its associated with the accommodation. David was wonderful, helpful, he gave us great information and was very polite and fun with a welcome expresso and good chats. Beautiful shop with genuine products from Sicily. Thanks David for making our stay memorable ❤️

Not one thing not to like here!

Great location in the city center, renewed apartment in a charming Palermo style building. Hosts were really nice and gave us great tips!

The room was comfortable and so was the bed.All modern appliances in the kitchen including a dish washer. Bathroom with a shower was clean and modern making for a home from home. We also had a small balcony with table and chairs to sit out on. The location was very central,although at the end of the road it was extremely busy,we were never bothered by the noise,we didn't hear any.The hosts were friendly and gave us lots of information about the area.

The square we were in had a couple of cafes/restaurants so the laughter and chat coming from them was a bit noisy especially late in the evening. However we could stop the noise by closing the doors on the balcony. Not a big problem. As it is an older building we understand that a lift up to the first floor isn't possible but maybe some more secure handrails on the stairs would be good. Francesco very kindly took our large case up the stairs for us.
