"PACAT DE FRUMUSETEA APARTAMENTULUI"

Este un apartament foarte frumos intr-o zona foarte placuta si moderna. Este foarte pacat ca nu se ingrijesc de apartament. Cand am mai vazut aici recenzii ca este murdar sau ca nu este bine intretinut, am zis dar oare cat de rau poate sa fie, cred ca oamenii exagereaza. NU EXAGERAU!!! Foarte multa mizerie.

Apartamentul este frumos, complexul la fel de frumos!

Pozitionat intr-un complex galagios, baietii tureaza masinile pana spre dimineata. Plin de tantari, unii intinsi pe toti peretii. Curatenia, de fapt nu exista. Praf peste tot, păianjeni in toate colturile si un miros greoi in baie de la presurile ude care nu au fost uscate niciodata. Lenjeria ce trebuia folosita pe canapeaua din living era murdara, fiind aruncata in dulap, neputand fi folosită.

"Good flat but dirty maintenance."

Price was good and the actual flat is nice with parking.

It was not clean. We all felt not nice sleeping in dirty sheets. It should be a must. If that would be sorted this flat has a potential.
