Le Riad est très bien situé et très proche de la médina 5 mn à pied. L'endroit du Riad est très calme. Nous avons été très bien accueilli dès notre arrivée. Le petit petit-déjeuner est très bon et copieux préparé par notre petite Zorra qui est une personne très agréable et qui nous a préparé également de bons petits plats marrocains un délice... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir...😊

Firstly I would like to say I have used Booking.com often and never have had any cause to complain, or have done so. My first problem began when my initial booking disappeared from your site. You immediately attended to the problem, refunding the fee and I booked the next cheapest accommodation that fulfilled our criteria as we had 24 hours before our flight. (Screenshot attached) We have just returned today from our trip and we are very dissatisfied with the accommodation and problems we have encountered during our trip The lady running the Riad let herself in to our house at nearly 4am, with NO PRIOR WARNING on our first night because we had asked a local to phone her for the address as we were a little lost. She then let herself in without even knocking to check, and said she was checking to see if we had men in there !! This is so rude and frankly offensive. We are 2 middle aged women on a cultural trip to Marrakesh, not a hen party in benidorm. The property itself was not very good . When we arrived there was only one toilet roll and no water for us despite the time of our arrival. The water from tap is not safe to drink.Surely at the very least drinking water is a necessity? This led to us having to leave our house in the dark to find water and we got lost. We had no morrocan sim cards yet so had to try and find our way, if you look at the location of it on a map you can see that unless you knew exactly where you were it was almost impossible to find again, no simple map was available. The beds were very hard. I actually struggled as it was like sleeping on a plank of wood! This affected my hips which caused me to be in some discomfort throughout the trip. On the terrace there were 2 sun loungers, the first time we used them I went straight through mine as it was completely broken and not fit for use.(pic included) The ac had an outlet pipe for condensation which overflowed more than once every night onto the hall floor..

Great location and Zella, the manager was exceptional with helping us with extra things.

The only good thing was location. The property was a house. What they call a riad. The tv was not working when we got there. The women that looked after the house lived about 10 mins away. She came and fixed the tv while we were out but by next day it wasn't working again. The kitchen was very dated and everything in it was old. It was reasonably clean but just felt well used. If it wasn't for the good location I would not have stayed there
